Impounded and Stored Vehicles

Please read all impound policies below before proceeding.

Risoldis Automotive Impound Policies

• Please call prior to picking up your vehicle for a final amount.
• Verify if a Police Release is needed in order to take possession of your vehicle.
• Vehicles will only be released to the registered or legal owners.
• If you are releasing your vehicle to a body shop, insurance company or other entity, the release MUST be done in person. We do not release vehicles by phone or fax authorization.
• You may remove private property from your vehicle during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
• Private property and vehicle releases after hours, weekends and holidays are subject to a gate fee. Please call for gate fee pricing.
